Home building stocks getting annihilated

Quick update -- don't know "why," but every home building stock is getting annihilated intraday. Doesn't matter which one, though Beazer Homes is leading the pack at -37% at last count. Almost every single mortgage lender out there is also getting crushed.

UPDATE2: rumors and speculation about a potential bankruptcy are apparently the cause, according to traders. Beazer just on the tape denying any problems in a Business Wire statement.
